IPSC Saskatchewan Announces the Formation of the Range Officials Advisory Committee

IPSC Saskatchewan is pleased to announce the establishment of the IPSC SK Range Officials Advisory Committee. This committee will be tasked with providing guidance on safety matters, overseeing the delivery of the Black Badge program, selecting Range Officers, and assessing the performance of current Range Officers.

IPSC Saskatchewan is excited to announce the creation of the IPSC SK Range Officials Advisory Committee. This newly established committee will play a crucial role in enhancing safety protocols, overseeing the Black Badge Program, and ensuring the selection and evaluation of Range Officers across the province.

Committee Responsibilities

The IPSC SK Range Officials Advisory Committee will be responsible for:

  • Guiding Safety Practices – Providing expert oversight to maintain and improve safety standards at all IPSC SK-sanctioned events.
  • Overseeing the Black Badge Program – Ensuring the effective delivery of the Black Badge certification process for new competitors.
  • Selecting Range Officers – Identifying and appointing qualified Range Officers to officiate IPSC matches within Saskatchewan.
  • Evaluating Range Officers – Conducting performance assessments of current Range Officers to uphold high standards of officiating.

This committee comprises experienced and dedicated individuals who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their roles:

  • Wes John – NROI Section Deputy
  • Barry Moore – Range Master
